…but even a good solid fence won’t mend what’s falling down inside these two.

Max is determined to be fine about his absent father’s recent death as he drives across the country to take ownership of his inheritance. Aggie, the next door neighbor, was involved in a land dispute with Max’s dad, which is truly the only thing Max knows for sure that he’s inherited. It’s simple: Max wants the dispute over so he can sell the house… but maybe it’s not as simple as Max thinks it is.
